Hello Paul, you have to install an ARM-compatible version of Windows, which Microsoft isn’t going to do as a commercial product.

I have good fortune using Parallels and the Windows Insider Edition for ARM on a MacBook Air M1. Though, this hasn’t gone through any stress testing, so I can’t vouch for how well it works day-to-day.
