Why doesn’t Apple throw some resources at the problem child and fix it for good? Problem for users is that by the time you realize what a mess iTunes is, you are already heavily invested in it as your music library with downloads, rips and purchases. Clearly Apple has the talent to correct the problems and it remains a black mark on their entire universe.
